Thank You & Playlist
To close it all up, I compiled a playlist that I listened to while reading Two Way Street for the second time and that I think you guys would enjoy while you read the book. Some tracks were not listened to but that's because I didn't know of them. Don't ask why I chose those songs because I honestly don't have a clue! xD Some fit the book while others are just there for background music.
Songs that are not included in the playlist are:
Electric Twist by A Fine Frenzy
Try by Asher Book
That's How It Is by Paul Freeman
Once again, thank you all! :D Contest ends in a few hours & the winner will be announced tomorrow night along with Canadian winner :)
Reminder
Quadholdt contest ends TODAY! You have until midnight to enter. I shall be posting my last I Heart Barnholdt post today to close it all up :)
That is all. Please go back to whatever you were doing!

Interview with an author's sister :)
1. Describe Lauren Barnholdt in one word.
One word is hard! But I'm going to go with "Amazing."
2. Which book of your sister's is your favorite and why?
I love all her books! But Two way Street is my favorite because it's dedicated to me! Also because I like how it goes from back and forth from male/female point of view.
3. What character in her books do you like the best?
I love Devon Delaney! The voice my sister gives her is so funny and realistic. It's how I think sometimes.
4. Who are some of your favorite authors?
My sister! Sarah Dessen, Stephenie Meyer, Meg Cabot, and I've recently started to get into Jessica Burkhart!
5. If you could be any book, what would you be?
My sister! Sarah Dessen, Stephenie Meyer, Meg Cabot, and I've recently started to get into Jessica Burkhart!
6. Any final words?
Thanks for the questions! And for doing this for my sister! =)
Once again, thank you very much for doing this interview! :)

Interview With a Book Blogger...
1. What would be your first reaction if you were told you had to go on a road trip with your ex-boyfriend?
To be honest, it depends on which ex-boyfriend I had to do the road trip with. There are some that I might be ok with, and there are others that I would secretly be plotting their demise. But knowing my luck, I would end up with the worst of the worse, and have no way to get out of it.
2. If you were to exaggerate about yourself to make friends, what truths would you stretch?
I have no clue. I am sure there is something that I would probably exaggerate, but let's pretend I didn't say that... Instead I answered, I would never do that. People will just love me for who I am... ;)
3. Would you prefer someone to lie to you in order to protect you or just be honest and tell you the truth?
Probably be honest. I like to think that I can handle the truth. Or at least I hope I can.
4. What is the biggest mistake you have ever made and what would you have done differently if you had a chance?
Wow, that is a hard question. Probably dating someone to make an ex-boyfriend angry. It worked kinda, but I wish I had never done it. We ended up having a really huge fight and never really talked after that. Sadly, I don't know if I could have done anything different. We were just a little too alike in our personalities, so we said a lot of things that we probably didn't mean. And the rest is history.
5. If you could be on a reality show, which one would it be and why?
I would love to be on Survivor. It just looks like a lot of fun. Plus it could help me lose some of the weight I gained in college :)
6. Tell us four truths and a lie about you:
I am left handed.
I didn't mean to make question 4 sound so depressing.
I have met over 10 authors.
I am a speed reader.
7. What book of Lauren's do you want to read and why?
I would like to read Two Way Street. I have heard really good things about it and this author.
Contest post will be up later than planned. I have much homework that I need to do and I failed to schedule a post...Because of that, you will get double entries ! :D which reminds me that I need to count entries more. Check back on Friday for an interview with Lauren Barnholdt's sister! :D
Thank you, Kate, for being the first one to want to participate! :) If you would like to be featured, please give me an e-mail at andanythingbookish@gmail.com
Want It Wednesday (1)
First up, we have this book I found on Goodreads:
Title: Whisper by Phoebe Kitanidis
Release: April 14th, 2010
Cover: no cover
Description: I’d love a cup of coffee. I wish she knew how pretty she was. I wish I could drop this kid in the dryer sometimes. I just want her to be happy. I hope she didn’t find out what Ben said about her. I wish I knew how many calories were in a bite of muffin…
Joy is used to hearing Whispers. She’s used to walking down the street and instantly knowing people’s deepest, darkest desires. She uses this talent for good, to make people happy and give them what they want. But for her older sister, Jessica, the family gift is a curse, and she uses it to make people’s lives—especially Joy’s—miserable. Still, when Joy Hears Jessica whisper: I want to kill my Hearing dead, and kill me too if that’s what it takes, she knows she has to save her sister, even if it means deserting her friends, stealing a car and running away with a boy she barely knows—a boy who may have a dark secret of his own.
Why? I don't know why, but I'm just intrigued by the description. I'm REALLY excited to read this. Plus, it's a debut novel so that increases my interest. I can't wait to see the cover for it. I want to know if Jessica will be saved, what will happen to Joy, and what secret this boy has. There are so many mysteries and secrets that I need to know. It releases around my birthday, so birthday present? Maybe. You never know...I might just preorder this one! :D April 14th is still a long way to go... :(
------
Now onto IHB stuff: I don't know which I'm looking forward to most. The first one sounds more interesting, though, but I could be wrong! xD No covers :( but we have descriptions!! :D The descriptions are from her website:
ACES UP.. AND OTHER PERKS OF A FAKE I.D. : is my YA about a girl who lies about her age to get a job at the local casino, and then gets caught up in an underground gambling ring. This one is done and revised, and just went to copyedits this week! Will be out next summer.
Why? Oh man! :D A teen working in casino? :O I really can't wait to see how this girl goes about and decides to work in a casino.
Next summer? :( That's about a year from now...hopefully, more details and the cover will be released and make up for the long wait! :)
ONE NIGHT THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING: my YA about a girl who keeps a notebook filled with everything she’s afraid to do, and then must do everything on the list in one night in order to get it back when it gets STOLEN by her EX-BOYFRIEND and his DUMB STUPID FRIENDS is going to be out next year, and I just turned in the first draft.
Why? One night to do everything? What a jerky boyfriend...This sounds like one of those novels that involves the character changing in the end with realizations and such, which is really interesting. To go through everything the character goes through and see a change, I mean. If my prediction is wrong, then oh well...Next year is also going to be a long wait, but I'm sure this will be great! :D

Interview with a book blogger (2)
Again, her answers made me laugh out loud. I love the bloggers featured this week because they sure know how to spice up an interview! :D
1. What would be your first reaction if you were told you had to go on a road trip with your ex-boyfriend?
"He's paying for EVERYTHING!"
2. If you were to exaggerate about yourself to make friends, what truths would you stretch?
I'm actually really famous online...I have about 100,000 followers and people won't quit sending me all these love letters!
3. Would you prefer someone to lie to you in order to protect you or just be honest and tell you the truth?
This person would have to be protecting me from something big because I don't like being lied to. But if it was to protect my life rather than my heart heck yeah! Lie to me!
4. What is the biggest mistake you have ever made and what would you have done differently if you had a chance?
I lost contact to a dear friend after something tragic happened in her life. If I could go back I would try to keep in contact with her more...
I would have also like to have pressed NO DEAL on Deal or No Deal but I pressed Deal... *sigh*
5. If you could be on a reality show, which one would it be and why?
Big Brother!!! I could totally win that show. I am very persuasive...they hold no chance against me and my evil monkeys!!! Muahhaha!
6. Tell us four truths and a lie about you:
1. I don't like the Evermore Series as much as a lot of other people seem to...
2. I am under 15.
3. One of my biggest dreams is to move to Europe. I'm not sure why but it's like fate calling me.
4. I am a completle and total sucker for any romance. Let the Love Live On!
One Lie: I am NOT crazy!
7. What book of Lauren's do you want to read and why?
I want to read this book really really bad now...
If you do not want to be attacked by Lauren's evil monkeys, you will comment below right now...Oh and since Lauren revealed her lie, there will be no guessing! There will be a new contest post up tomorrow, but comments below still count as entries. Boy, am I going to have a lot of entries to count! :O
Trailer Tuesday! :D
First up, we have mine for Two Way Street:
And if you think my trailer is just plain ugly for your eyes to look at, take a look at this other trailer for the same book...please keep in mind that the main characters in the book look different, but the trailer's still great to watch! ;) Props to the person who made the video!
That is all for this post. For an extra entry, comment here or on my review of Two Way Street.

Interview with a book blogger...
1. What would be your first reaction if you were told you had to go on a road trip with your ex-boyfriend?
Since the first word out of my mouth would be a bad, bad word that starts with the f letter then I don't think that would work really well. In fact, I'd probably run the little creep-o over!
2. If you were to exaggerate about yourself to make friends, what truths would you stretch?
I'm Fidel Castro's granddaughter and I had to run from Cuba when I was little because his enemies wanted to kill me; I have a super seckrit chip in my head that makes me awesome and they want it. FACT. And if you want to be awesome too, you will be my friend. (It worked with Kim! xD)
3. Would you prefer someone to lie to you in order to protect you or just be honest and tell you the truth?
Lie to me all the way! Seriously though, I want to know the truth (the truth is OUT THERE. See: Mulder le Fox. I mean.. oh, whatever) I can't deal with lies, and once I stop trusting a person, he or she is out of my circle.
4. What is the biggest mistake you have ever made and what would you have done differently if you had a chance?
Oh! Unless you wanna spend the next year reading about this then let's just say this: I've learned from them (no matter how cheesy that sounds) i.e. I'm never dating a friend's family member. (Girls, DON'T DO IT!)
5. If you could be on a reality show, which one would it be and why?
Big Brother. I would be the female version of Will. And if you know what that means I love you and will you marry me?
6. Tell us four truths and a lie about you:
1. I play the violin.
2. I have a very sexy accent.
3. My hair is reddish brown.
4. I am not wearing underwear.
5. I have a pitbull.
You can guess for an extra entry in the contest. It doesn't matter if you're right or wrong!
7. What book of Lauren's do you want to read and why?
Two-way Street. It sounds exceedingly awesome. (Kinda like me... what?)
Thank you, Wendy, for answering my questions! Because of that, I will have to agree that you ARE exceedingly awesome. Tomorrow, another interview will be up. If you would like to be featured during the week, please give me an e-mail at andanythingbookish@gmail.com

I Heart Barnholdt
This next week, I will be having one post each day dedicated to Lauren Barnholdt. Since IHB is just a week dedicated to Barnholdt love, I was not sure when to have it up, but because of the official release of Devon Delaney Should Totally Know Better, I decided to have it now! Well, it is already in bookstores early and I managed to get it along with many of her other books, but that doesn't really matter!! Enough of my rambling, let's get to the details:

There will be many surprises this week so stay tuned! I am really hoping many people will participate in these contests xD I've racked my tiny brain trying to find ideas for this project. Hopefully, it won't be as dead as I think it will be. I am doing this for fun and don't expect anything but your comments & entries so please comment!!
